Hi, my name is Eric Wright, and I am an Emergency Medicine physician. I would like to introduce you to my company, 1099 Tax Doctor. My tax mitigation service would fits in well with a locums company. 1099 Tax Doctor is a concierge-level full-service tax firm that combines S corp, payroll, tax returns, and defined benefit plans (as well as other more complicated tax strategies) for a flat and fair rate.
I designed it so that doctors don’t really have to do anything – we set up the LLC, S corp, do the payroll, file the 1040 and 1120S, do the actuary calculations and plan docs for the DB plan and manage the investments for much cheaper and easier than trying to piece everything together.
What I describe here is exactly what I do and my combined federal/state tax rate is around 11% on $480k or so.
