Hi, I am Dr. Diana Mercado-Marmarosh. I am a board-certified Family Medicine Physician, Clinic Medical Director and Chief Medical Officer currently in practice in both outpatient clinic and in-patient hospital setting in rural Texas for the past 12 years.
I am the founder of OverAchieve Life Coaching. Prior to discovering coaching, I typically had 200 charts open and a graveyard of unfinished projects. I decided to reclaim my time and embark on a mission to help empower physicians and healthcare professionals to leave work at work. Due to my own life experiences, I designed a 12 week CME Transformational Group Coaching Program to create systems that are easy to implement. These systems will not only optimize their strengths, but will also provide them with freedom of time. My program focuses on navigating career burnout by providing executive function and emotional regulation tools. My transformational program includes 4 guest experts and 3 private declutter/organizational sessions! In the past year and half, I have been able to help 65 physicians and 5 medical students throughout the USA and Canada (all specialties and ethnicities), navigate my program successfully. Some have stayed for my Level-Up Membership Program!
Additionally, I am a speaker and also conduct workshop for professionals to help facilitate planning, time-management, emotional regulation, prevention of burnout, and charting/inbasket systems.
