Hi, I am Dr. Nabiha Gill. I have almost 20 years of clinical experience in healthcare. I am board certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and Lifestyle Medicine and also certified in whole food plant-based nutrition, and am a certified plant-based chef. I have personal successful experience of losing almost 40 lbs with evidence-based lifestyle medicine interventions and was able to normalize my HbA1c and lipid profile. I launched Gill Lifestyle Medical and Wellness LLC, which offers self-paced online courses, CME/CE courses, healthy cooking classes, and live workshops/retreats on Lifestyle Medicine, healthy weight loss, and wellness. I am a member of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine and a Founding member of the Indiana Lifestyle Medicine Network.
