Prepared Physician, LLC (previously Provider Prepared, LLC), was founded by Dr. Nate Whittaker, M.D., a board-certified Emergency Medicine Physician. Shortly after becoming a physician, he saw that he and other medical professionals were expected by family, friends, and neighbors, to be equipped to manage frequently occurring minor injuries and illnesses. However, sterile, hospital-grade, disposable suture & IV kits and supplies he was accustomed to working with, were not easily accessible for use outside of the hospital.
