Register as a Med-legal Expert

FlexMedstaff has partnered with Physicians for Quality (PFQ) to act as their primary recruiter of medical and non-medical legal experts. FlexMedStaff welcomes board-certified physicians and other expert professionals who do not advertise online as expert witnesses. FlexMedStaff and PFQ will only work with professional experts that are committed to fairness and providing unbiased opinions. Duties include reviewing records, conferring with attorneys, developing reports, and potentially providing depositions and courtroom testimony. Professionals that advertise online to provide expert review services will not be able to join the panel.

FlexMedStaff and PFQ receive a nominal finder’s fee. Experts negotiate their own fees and receive medical records directly from the attorneys. There are also opportunities to work as an industry consultant for healthcare companies.
