I first came across Aaron Morgenstein (founder of FlexMedStaff) through Physician Only Locum Tenens Facebook group. I reached out to him regarding finding positions on my own (that is without locums recruiting companies). He immediately responded and we set up a time to talk. Since then we have spoken on several occasions with each conversation providing valuable information. He provides encouragement and support in finding positions and once a position is found, advises on negotiating rates, navigating contracts and finding malpractice insurance……just to name a few. Aaron Morgenstein’s priority is the physician. Because he is an active direct-contracting locum tenens physician, he has first-hand seen its benefit. Secondarily, he is passionate about empowering others. He is the locum tenens physician’s greatest advocate as we try to gain control over our profession. Since he is only one person and there are so many to help, any business venture he pursues is only with the locum tenens physician in mind. He wants to help us ALL, acknowledging that information is power. I look forward to what he can do for us in the future.
