Below is a list pre-summit webinars and scheduled lectures for the 2025 FlexMedStaff Summit in Las Vegas on April 13-16. If you have any questions about the upcoming event, please email Support@FlexMedStaff.com.
Q&A:
What if I can’t attend in-person or virtually? This is not a problem. All physicians who register for the event will have access to all the video recordings after the Summit. We recommend you register for the event, even if you cant watch it Live, as the content provided is extremely valuable and we do not plan to release the recording for a lower fee, even we chose to do so after the event.
What if I can’t attend or view all the lectures LIVE? This is not a problem for those who plan to attend the event in-person or virtually. We encourage you to register for the Summit, even if you are not available to watch it all live. All lectures and webinars are recorded and available to those who registered for the event after the Summit.
What are the main topics that will be covered? Please scroll down to view the full schedule. Educational content will be provided about independent practice, locums, direct contracting, DPC, and elements related to practicing as a 1099 physician.
What is the heck is “Shower Hour?” This year, we’re introducing Shower Hour as a creative way to add valuable educational content to the Summit. From 6:00 AM – 7:30 AM PST, we’ll host LIVE Zoom lectures from Vegas—but don’t worry, these are completely optional! In-person attendees can listen in while getting ready for the day or having breakfast. Virtual attendees can join live or watch the recordings later. If you’d rather sleep in, no problem! All sessions will be recorded and available to physicians after the event. During Shower Hour, a live chatbox will be open on Zoom, where an expert panel of physicians will be available to answer your questions in real time.
How long will the video recordings be available after the Summit? Physicians who register for the event will have access to webinars and lecture recordings for 90 days after they are released. If you need more time, no worries! We’re happy to extend your access upon request.
When is the last day to register for the Summit? April 13th is the last day to register to attend the event in-person. Registration for the virtual option will be available until April 17th, which will allow physicians to view lectures live via Zoom and also have access to all the recordings. Please remember that the Summit ends on April 16th. For those who register for the virtual option after the event, they will be provided access to all the recordings, but will miss out on watching the event live.
How do I earn 25 CME credits? After the Summit, you will have access to all video recordings of the lectures and webinars. Similar to other education event, you will then fill out a CME survey to earn CME credit.
