What if I can’t attend in-person or virtually? This is not a problem. All physicians who register for the event will have access to all the video recordings after the Summit. We recommend you register for the event, even if you can’t watch it live, as the content provided is extremely valuable.

What if I can’t attend or view all the lectures LIVE? This is not a problem for those who plan to attend the event in-person or virtually. We encourage you to register for the Summit, even if you are not available to watch it all live. All lectures and webinars are recorded and available to those who registered for the event after the Summit for 6 months.

What are the main topics that will be covered? The event will have didactic lectures and a Q&A panel discussion. Educational content will be provided about independent practice, locums, direct contracting, DPC, side-hustles and elements related to practicing as a 1099 physician.

How long will the video recordings be available after the Summit? Physicians who register for the event will have access to webinars and lecture recordings for 6 months once they are released.

When is the last day to register for the Summit? October 1st is the last day to register to attend the event in-person. For those registering for the virtual option, you will need to register for the event before it ends on October 4th. No matter when you register, all physicians will have access to the video recordings for 6 months.

Are CME credits offered? At this time, CME credits are not offered for this event.

What do I get for registering for the event? In addition to be able to attend the event live, in person or virtually, and have access to the video recordings for 6 months, physicians will receive complimentary access to one of the seven on-demand video packages currently offered by FlexMedStaff. FlexMedStaff 2026 Summit Lecture Schedule:

The 2026 lecture schedule is not yet set. Once it is set, the lecture schedule will be posted here. The lecture and Q&A Panel discussion will mostly cover topics of contracting directly with healthcare facilities and working through locums agencies. In addition, there will be discussions about DPC, negotiation tactics, financial/tax implications, locums market trends, and building diversified income streams through clinical work and side hustles.
