Thanks for taking the time to consider speaking at the 2026 FlexMedStaff Summit. To learn more about the event click HERE.

The event will take place October 1st – 4th in Las Vegas at the Embassy Suites. We are seeking physicians to share their experiences with working through agencies and contracting directly for locums work. We are also looking for physicians who want to discuss DPC, alternative practice models, investments, tax implications, real estate, side-hustles, and other relevant topics for independent physicians. Before filling out the application below, please review the Q&A. If you have any questions, contact us at Support@FlexMedStaff.com.

Where is the summit?

Embassy Suites Las Vegas Convention center

When is the event and when are the in-person lectures?

Thursday, October 1st: 4-9pm PST

Friday, October 2nd: 7am-noon PST

Saturday, October 3rd: 7am-noon PST

Sunday, October 4th: 7am-11am PST

Are there any requirements to be a speaker?

To receive the full honorarium, physicians must either deliver two presentations or present one lecture and participate in a live Q&A panel. Speakers are expected to present in person in Las Vegas. Event organizers might grant a small number of speakers to present live virtually during the event. Virtual presentations are not granted the same honorarium.

How many talks am I expected to give?

We are looking for speakers to deliver two high-quality 20-30-minute lectures. If a speaker cannot provide two lectures, they would be expected to participate in at least one Q&A panel discussion to receive the full honorarium.

How long does your talk need to be?

Most talks are expected to last 20-30 minutes.

Is there an option to do a virtual talk?

All speakers are strongly encouraged to present in person in Las Vegas. In limited circumstances, and based on the strength of the content, its relevance, and the presenter’s expertise, we may approve a small number of live virtual presentations delivered via Zoom during the event.

What benefits do speakers receive?

The speaker honorarium includes 3 nights for FREE at the Embassy Suites, along with $599. All speakers will have access to the event’s video recordings for 6 months. This honorarium only applies to those who speak inperson in Vegas; it does not apply to virtual speakers.

What topics can I talk about?

The conference shall focus on topics related to locums, either contracting directly or working through agencies. We also welcome topics about DPC, side hustles, telemedicine, and other non-clinical endeavors that independent physicians can get involved with. For a list of potential topics to speak about click HERE.

Who will maintain ownership of your video recroding of your talk?

FlexMedStaff will retain ownership and distribution rights to all recorded presentations from the event. Speakers will be provided access to their individual recordings and may share them privately at their discretion; however, public distribution, reposting, or commercial use of the recording is not permitted under the terms of the speaker agreement.

Can I promote my brand or company in my talk?

Speakers may briefly disclose relevant affiliations; however, promotional content is not permitted. Presentations should focus on delivering educational value and meaningful insights for attendees rather than promoting personal brands, organizations, or services. Attempts to do so will result in loss of honorarium.

When will I be notified about speaking at the FlexMedStaff Summit?

Our goal is to notify all speakers that are selected to join us in Vegas by May 15th.
