Attendee Participation Agreement (Terms & Conditions)
These are the terms (the “Agreement”) that govern your attendance at and/or participation in the FlexMedStaff 2025 Summit (the “Event”) scheduled to take place on April 13-16, 2025 at Embassy Suites by Hilton Convention Center Las Vegas.
By registering for the Event you are agreeing to these terms, which form a legal contract between FlexMedStaff, LLC (“organizer”), and the registered attendee and/or participant (“you”). If you are registering on behalf of another it is your responsibility to ensure that the person attending is aware of these terms and accepts them, and by completing the registration you are warranting that you have made the attendee aware of these terms and that they have accepted these terms.
1. Event admission

1.1. Admittance. Your registration entitles you to admittance to the Event. Any and all other costs associated with your attendance (including without limitation any travel and/or accommodation expenses) shall be borne solely by you and Organizer shall have no liability for such costs.

1.2. Termination. You acknowledge that Organizer reserves the right to request your removal from the Event if Organizer, in its sole discretion, considers your presence and/or behavior to create a disruption or to hinder the Event and/or the enjoyment of the Event by other attendees or speakers.

1.3. Media. By attending the Event you acknowledge and agree to grant the Organizer the right at the Event to record, film, photograph or capture your likeness in any media now available and hereafter developed and to distribute, broadcast, use or otherwise globally to disseminate, in perpetuity, such media without any further approval from you or any payment to you. This grant to the Organizer includes, but is not limited to, the right to edit such media, the right to use the media alone or together with other information, and the right to allow others to use and/or disseminate the media.

1.4. Event Content. You acknowledge and agree that the Organizer, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to change any and all aspects of the Event, including but not limited to, the Event name, themes, content, program, speakers, performers, hosts, moderators, and time.

1.5. Attendance: This Event is exclusively designed for physicians who are licensed to practice medicine in the United States and is intended to provide a platform for physicians to engage in meaningful discussions and knowledge exchange. Therefore, attendance is restricted to physicians only. To maintain the integrity of the conference and to avoid any potential conflicts of interest, attendance is strictly prohibited for individuals who are not licensed physicians or who hold ownership interests in staffing agencies.
1.6 A “Virtual Option” is available to physicians. This option is for those physicians that are unable to attend the event inperson. The Virtual Option will allow physicians remotely to log into the event via live stream. Physicians are not allowed to share their remote access to the event with other individuals. Physicians are not permitted to record the event through the live stream, nor are they allowed to reproduce any of the content. The same policies in place for those that attend inperson will be in place for those that attend the Virtual Option. FlexMedStaff reserves the right to prosecute those that violate these policies.

2. Fee(s)

2.1. Payment. The payment of the applicable fee(s) for the Event is due upon registration. Payment for the event is determined upon registration based time of submission and discount code. Your payment includes access to 25 CME credits. If such payment is insufficient or declined for any reason, the Organizer may refuse to admit you to the Event and shall have no liability in that regard.

3. Substitution and cancellation policy

3.1 If you cancel your registration before February 13th, 2025 for the Event, you will be eligible for a 97% refund. If you cancel your registration for the Event on or after February 13th, 2025, you will not be eligible for a refund.

3.2 If you register to attend the Event in person but are unable to attend and wish to participate in the Virtual Option, you must pay the difference between the amount already paid and the cost of the Virtual Option.
