FlexMedStaff Locums Tax & Financial Literacy Summit

FlexMedStaff is recruiting CPAs, tax strategists, and flat-fee financial advisors to speak at our upcoming virtual event focused on the financial and tax literacy for physicians who do locums and/or act as independent contractors.

Our audience includes experienced locums physicians, hybrid W-2/1099 clinicians, and doctors transitioning into 1099 work. These are high-income physicians actively seeking better tax strategies, financial structures, and long-term planning. We expect the LIVE event to have 100+ physicians.

The live event will be free to physicians. Recordings may later be offered for sale.

The LIVE event will either be on Saturday May 2nd or May 8th depending on scheduling with speakers. The goal is to have 8 speakers, to allow for 8 hours of educational content.

Speaker Format

  • Speakers will provide a 40 minute pre-recorded lecture whiich will be played during the live event.
  • Speakers will be asked to log in virtually for a 20-minute live Q&A immediately following the recording being played for the event.

Speakers may submit their own lecture topics, provided they deliver broad educational value for locums and 1099 physicians.
