Hotel Rooms: Group rate of $169/night (pre-tax) for King Bed. Email us at Support@FlexMedStaff if you want access to the block of rooms. There is a limited number of rooms within the block.

As part of your registration, you may select one of our seven video packages at no additional cost.

Please note: Once access to a video package has been granted, refunds will not be granted.

Saturday, October 3rd: 7am-noon
Sunday, October 4th: 7am-11am
Refunds: 97% of your payment can be refunded if you choose to cancel before August 1, 2026. No refund is provided once you are provided access to one of our free video packages.
